If your child would like a special big person in his or her life, or if you believe he or she would benefit from a mentor, complete the application and return it to us today!

Your child is eligible for a Big Brother or Big Sister by meeting the following criteria:

• Lives in Lubbock or surrounding areas
• Is between 5 and 15 years old
• Need or want a Big Brother or Big Sister

National studies prove that Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors can make a tremendous, positive impact on children. Relative to their peers without a Big Brother or Big Sister, Little Brothers and Little Sisters are:

• 53% less likely to skip school
• 37% less likely to skip a class
• 33% less likely to hit someone
• 46% less likely to start using drugs
• 27% less likely to begin using alcohol
• More confident in their school work
• Better able to get along with their family

All of the information you share with us is confidential. Once your application is received, a member of our staff will call you and help you determine if this is the right program for your child. There are only two steps you need to take in order to get your child on the way to a Big Brother or Big Sister:

    1. Determine if your child is eligible.

    2. Simply print and fill out the application and either mail it to:
